Soft skills include a range of personality traits from Business Etiquettes, communication skills, inter personal skills, team work, collaborative skills to developing high emotional intelligence too.

Hundreds of soft skills topics were floating in the ocean of learning maneuvered or delivered by super experts to absolute amateurs. One thing that was common in this ocean was that the hero was the human in the form of a trainer or a facilitator with technology as his assistant. Individuals, educational institutes, business houses or even start-ups were voracious subscribers of soft skills training in some way or the other.

With the online training wave slowly appearing from the horizon and the novel corona pandemic punching us humans unaware, both sharing the same timeline, the training world is here to see the change what it was supposed to be slowly being readied for acceptance in the next 5 years.
